Watch out Mellencamp!

 So it's been too long since I've added to my journal, but I have an excuse...2 kids, 2 jobs at work, Miles For Minutes (thank you for all your support with that!) and "life" have kept me away from adding compelling disclosure in my blog so shoot me!
I am a member of BJ's (hahahaha) no the discount bulk store and they were selling this Fender guitar pack that had a guitar, tuner, dvd on how to play, and a strap. Well, it sat in a closet until last night when Christine's friends came over and taught me a few chords and now I'm on my way...to playing nursery rhymes. Yea, nursery rhymes - that's the only reason why I bought the damn thing! I want Jack and Luke to think I'm a guitar hero... Eddie Van Hanson! Anyhoo - it's on and I want to thank Chris and Mike for getting me started.

 So Christine took this picture last night as we were getting ready for a walk and it's the first time I've held both of the boys at the same time. Jack and I dress alike any chance we get.
Stay cool and sorry about the legs...i'll get a tan before my next pic.

The economy is bad, the middle east hates us, OPEC is killing us with gas prices and housing values are crumbling...blah blah blah blah. He (like a lot of us) are products of too much information and that is what today's entry is for.
